Later, he launched and scaled two BoConcept design stores in Miami—earning “Best New Store” worldwide in 2014—by combining meticulous retail operations with data‑driven pop‑up events and omnichannel campaigns. Beyond the private sector, Carlos serves as a pro‑bono advisor and board member to Selfless Solutions, where his coaching and fundraising strategies have doubled the nonprofit’s annual revenue and sharpened its brand messaging. These entrepreneurial and advisory experiences, reinforced by earlier Fortune 500 brand‑strategy work, equip him to help leadership teams build simple systems that create traction and lasting impact.
